CE! 🕷 (@C_E) reported@vodafonebiz insurance manager is supposed to be getting back to me today. On the @tescomobile number I bought 2.5 years ago when it took vodafone insurance nearly 6 weeks to replace a phone then. That is a 100% fail rate on their own SLA.
