Now l need to register my clubcard and the e-Top Up card to the mobile, soon as it arrives. Thanks to @tescomobile for the help, I can't wait to use my new cellphone

Website told us next day delivery, sims didn't arrive, customer services replaced the lost in transit sims now both my wife and my mobiles have been disconnected and we haven't received sims.

You don't operate your own network infrastructure, you use O2 as your network carrier, therefore are not a real network operator. You also therefore have wholesale costs for using o2, but they have the maintenance costs of that network
