  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

  • charlottpeirce_ Charlotte Peirce (@charlottpeirce_) reported from Portsmouth, England

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

in ****** town that means make a wig and call the caterer if this ****'s not about a penny richer than the Wise @flex7953 @tescomobile

  • weavero96x Ollie Weaver (@weavero96x) reported

    @tescomobile @EE You do iPhone 13’s for £40 and it’s £68 with @EE, so yeah you’ve gained a customer from this April

  • McCabbage0 McCabbage0 (@McCabbage0) reported

@tescomobile Now nearly paying 50 quid for an iPhone 11 the battery health is **** and I’m stuck in a contract I could get a brand new iPhone 13 for the price I’m paying for this 👀

  • Realistic_Live Real (@Realistic_Live) reported

@tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow Good job, cos your service sucks! Day 7 of my “24hrs maximum of no service”and still no replacement SIM card. Customer service can’t even confirm it was sent or what address. Avoid this useless network!

  • kazimierz2019 Kazimierz2019 (@kazimierz2019) reported

@tescomobile No offence though but I don’t want ‘Tesco’ on my phone as a carrier and unless any MVNO was on EEs network I also wouldn’t be interested. Vodafone and o2 data network is pony. Three marginally better but over subscribed. EE the best and has esim support.

  • jambon2021 jambon2021 (@jambon2021) reported

@Happy_FT_ @wonkygonk @tescomobile Never had an issue, and if you do then you can leave after a month. Tesco charge £10 for 12gb on 24 month contract, SMARTY £10 for 60gb for 1 month contract.

  • halesowenman Martin Tromans (@halesowenman) reported

@tescomobile I hope so as no one from Tesco mobile has supported him properly during the 3 months that the problem has been ongoing, and for Tesco to now start making threats to remove his service is beyond any reason. And I will keep this going in the public arena until it is resolved

  • GamingFTW456 WolfAirsoft (@GamingFTW456) reported

@Happy_FT_ @wonkygonk @tescomobile Yeah ive been having issues with smarty

  • timbovoebo Little Timmy Voe (@timbovoebo) reported

@_Jeevster @tescomobile They're an MVNO operating on O2's network. Better ask them, and tell your friend to do as bit of research so they don't look like such an arse

  • Jpearce7 Jess Pearce (@Jpearce7) reported

@tescomobile Hello @tesco have told me they can't help but you can. Please can you confirm how long it is taking your bereavement team to call the people who in store colleagues have filled forms out for?
