@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

@tescomobile I've contacted your customer care by email already. The problem here is the fact, that a big company like Tesco is making it impossible to claim the refund for entitled people. I have a proposition for you. Donate all unclaimed refunds to some charity. I would be happy with that

@tescomobile I'm paying for a 25gb package, but your signal is non-existent & I'm never able to get online to do anything!; so I take it I can cancel my contract & go elsewhere without getting charged? I'm paying for a service, which I want to use, but you're unable to provide!

@tescomobile It's not causing me any inconvenience but it is losing current and potential customers who live out in the countryside with little to no signal and wifi calling is essential. So your basically saying those people don't matter

@tescomobile Hey, I'm on a sim monthly contract, but I want to cancel it as I just dont get much usage from it anymore. If I cancel, will my sim change to pay as you go & I get to keep my number? Or will I need to get a new sim? Unsure how it works 😕

@tescomobile my son put a £15 pack on his phone two days ago, and for some reason the pack hasn't gone on properly and it's used it all as credit. Just had to buy another pack. Please help
