    I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

    @tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

    Really poor @tescomobile number was due to transfer 5 days ago. Still hasn’t happened despite several assurances from customer care. 5 days of missed calls and messages.

    @tescomobile phone has had no signal all day. Have tried your status checker but it's not helpful and down detector suggests I'm far from the only one with the issue, any clue what's up?

    @tescomobile after being a customer for mobiles over a number of years we have tried to upgrade 2 phones but as the direct debit has never been set up by yourselves and we pay online we have been turned down due to we have to prove 3 direct debit payments to upgrade

    @tescomobile are unable to do a simple number port! 3 SIMs ported in today, 1 has data, 2 don't. All I get is 'issue will be fixed in 24 hours' and a days refund. Pathetic. I had data whilst at @iD_Mobile_UK, now I don't

    @tescomobile when a customer tells you 7 days ago that something is not working , why do you not believe them? I’m not doing this just for fun , I really need to change my safety buffer ….

    @tescomobile any news yet on when the error for changing your safety buffer will be fixed ? 7 days is a long time not to be able to change it. Errors on the website and the APP fails to recognise your Pin Number

    Day 6 since the date you told me my number would transfer @tescomobile and still not done. 6 days of missed calls, 5 calls to “customer care”, no-one ever calls back or seems to take any responsibility for solving. Appalling customer experience.
