I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

@tescomobile @O2 I have followed the steps Laura. I’m still keen to hear from @o2 as your team continually mentions them as the reason for the issue, so it’s only fair they have a right to reply. It’s strange that this has been happening for +2m and all Tesco mobile can say is it’s o2’s fault.

Hi @tescomobile I've been trying to upgrade my contract for the past hour on your app, and it consistently says the payment is unsuccessful. My details are correct and I have the funds. Any help would be appreciated

@tescomobile @WhichUK Not sure how you got that, the other networks must be really terrible. Just had 2 separate online chats shut down before my issue was resolved, very poor customer service!

1 of 2 @tescomobile can I ask why, when my daughter's phone has been "repaired" once and it fails again, we cannot simply get a replacement phone from the tesco mobile shop? Instead we are asked to take the broken phone away, contact the care department who might then contact ...

@tescomobile Thanks Liz but I realise this. My point is why has it been made difficult for the customer when a broken phone amounts to a broken contract? Surely the onus should be on @tescomobile to fix this and limit the break in the contract?

@tescomobile Thanks for trying to help, I couldn’t wait so went and bought a new phone with a contract from an alternative provider.
