Disgusted with the service from @tescomobile I think it's time that I took my business elsewhere. Numerous calls and texts and still not recieved my £25 gift voucher. Absolute joke of a service. Months of waiting!!!

How humiliating standing at the counter trying to spend a voucher that hasn't been activated. I felt very stupid and angry, there was a big queue looking at me as if I was a criminal and was trying to scam 😩 @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

@tescomobile why is it since my phone got updated with new version of @SamsungMobile and it went to version 11 or something my phone has been horrible, slow, my WiFi keeps loosing signal even in same room as router. And keeps freezing. Is there anyway to undo the update

@tescomobile It makes it horrible because I have a sd card in but I can transfer anything to it. I use to be able transfer games to it when I had my older Samsung it was good to free up space but I can't now won't let me. All it does is let me put pics on.

@tescomobile so to use my phone now I need to turn it off/on,apparently I'm not getting texts due to the senders network, what a load of crap I've been fobbed off with again.Expected more from u @tescomobile can't belive I'm saying this but I wish I'd stayed with @VodafoneUKhelp

@tescomobile You sent me a text message with a link to complete a survey on my experience with customer services yesterday. I resolved the issue myself in the end. Unfortunately the survey page loads but doesn't work either. You really don't want my feedback anyway.

@Mrs_A_Campbell @tescomobile @SamsungMobile It wouldn't surprise me if this was a Samsung fault. My wife had the A50 when it first came out and it was nothing but trouble. Wifi kept dropping out, glitchy camera etc. In the end I just bought a Huawei phone sim free. Samsung are aware of some serious software issues but....

@tescomobile I am receiving scam calls from Tesco mobile numbers roughly once a day claiming to be @HMRCgovuk . Never the same number twice, number disconnected if I call back to try and identify them. I think your SIM provisioning system has been hacked.

@tescomobile AVOID must be 1 of the worst companys customer service av dealt with when cancelling/ paying off a contract(2 phones on it) whoever she was wasnt happy and i think shes actually locked the phone of an account thats 2 years was up so technically the phone was payed 4
