Different advice again on a further call and the agent laughed saying you can’t rely on web chat. Shambolic @tescomobile

Ross (@Rossva1189) reported@StompWompin @tescomobile good grief thats awful; sorry to hear it. @tescomobile should by default apply - let's say a 100% cap by default. So if your monthly is £20, it'll be auto-capped at £40, for example. You're usually pretty ethical Tesco, so how about this?

They couldn't process my order die to computer issue on their side so now I have to wait til stock is back. Awful
