@tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

@tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

@tescomobile I've been with Tesco Mobile for years and very happy with the service and customer care but I will never shop at Tesco's supermarket as I believe they don't reward you as such with clubcard they punish you, cost wise for not having one.

@tescomobile for over a week now my phone will no longer connect to 4g or 5g. I'm just getting the H+ I went on live chat on the website but they couldn't help. Shall I go to a store? It's not just in 1 area, but whenever I am out & about.

@tescomobile Not the SIM as it happens to all 4 of them on the contract. Just a poor reception area, hence why WI-FI calling needed.
