@tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

@tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

@tescomobile I'll be struggling to put dinner on the table after you thieves have tried to charge me £250 for a replacement screen! You aren't getting anything for it, and I'm also gonna stop doing food shopping at Tesco as well. Congrats on losing a customer!
