    @tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

    @tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

    @tescomobile Tesco. I know it’s not the mobile section but it’s the same company, you take my point. When I replied to them about this they tried to blame me and accepted no blame for trying to contact their own long dead internet service!

    @tescomobile I find this tweet pretty odd... slating the "big mobile networks" but you use O2 as an MVNO. Sounds like you need a big network to operate? πŸ‘€

    @tescomobile I'm only getting H+ not 4G signal in the SA10 area will it be fixed soon ? Or is there anything I can do to get 4G back ?

    @tescomobile me and my partner both having issues on our Samsung S21 FE after updating to Android 12. Now both our phone turn off their own WiFi with no sign as to why and we're zipping through our limited data 😞, I've checked every setting it's definitely a bug.
