How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

Anthony Reed UK (@AnthonyReedUK) reported from Folkestone, England@tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.
