    @tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

    @tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

    @tescomobile @DPDgroup_news trying to find out when my phone will be delivered. Meant to arrive Saturday 26th. Would gladly pick it up from dpd depot but cant get through to them shocking service. Do not use Tesco mobile if they continue with this delivery company

    @tescomobile I would like to alert people to just NOT use tescomobile. My friend has had the most appalling service in the last 10 days and has been without a phone all that time.

    @tescomobile I decided to renew my contract with Tesco mobile, however this could turn out to be the worst decision I’ve made. No signal now for 2 days and their customer service is useless! #frustrating

    @tescomobile I tried already. After multiple calls, my request was taken. It takes 48 hrs to fix the issue. 48 hrs!

    @tescomobile the agent repeatedly gave me the wrong information, then told me I could do it via another service but couldn't tell me which one, how to access it, or what to do. They then denied my request to speak to another team member with more experience
