brixtonred (@brixtonred79) reported@tescomobile Many of the functions are not working. I have reported this twice and have been told it will be investigated and someone would be in touch. I am yet to receive a call or email.

☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported@tescomobile @O2 keep promising a fix, but the fix doesn't happen. I know Tesco rely on O2 masts, as a couple of other networks do, and it's not helping these networks when the mast owner (O2) won't get the mast fixed. It's affecting a variety of networks in my area sadly.

She asked the salesman to help her set it up & use the phone. He responded by saying "He was too busy & you don't do that." 😥

Michelle (@MichellAllgood) reported@Ofcom Is it you who I would need to raise a complaint against @tescomobile? I took out a new contract on 24th November & they still have not transferred my existing number. Pac code was given on 25th November. Totally unacceptable!
