@tescomobile Hello, I have still not been able to send or receive calls fro home. I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@tescomobile Hello Jade, I did leave a tweet several days ago and also been in touch with you and O2 by email. O2 keep saying problems are solved but they are not. Have now received message from them to say “should” be fixed by 21st Feb. Post Code OX33 1TR

@tescomobile JG spent 7 mins asking me for my name/DOB/Security. I waited 2min in btwn answers. I had to chase as went quiet. I have three lines.... No useful information after 20mins of no success I decided to let him know I'll call up on 4455 or go into a shop. Poor service

@tescomobile can I go into Tesco Mobile shop and get a new phone set up there now? Have had constant issues with my phone for 2.5 years with phone calls/texts/messages/voice mails not ringing even though volume on loudest. Missing lots of calls etc

@tescomobile I’ve tried to do this a few times but I want to donate it and it won’t let me do it without putting a recipient on with email details. Could you advise how to do it. Crisis are pretty unhelpful and could learn a thing or two from your fantastic customer service

@tescomobile Tesco and Sainsbury's so far. I have spoken with HSBC Visa verification team who are looking into it but suggested that it could be the phone network. I have a Tesco mobile phone contact.

Imagine sending your phone for repair to @tescomobile only for them to say they can’t fix it as you didn’t switch find my iPhone off so return it for you to do this and you discover they didn’t return your SIM card with it 😡😡 #shambles
