Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile (To be clear, it is not the fault of the poor customer service agent, who is simply trying to do a job with terrible material. This is the fault of the company.)

chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. TheMrsButcher (@Teldeb) reported@tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?
-
georgia (@georgiajadeexox) reported@tescomobile I have DM’ed you. Please can someone reply to me? I want to make a complaint.

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedThe vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).

Steven Barrett (@SBarrettBar) reported@Nelia23893053 @tescomobile It all goes to the Treasury - Regulators are the Civil Service The whole thing is a con.
