    @tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

    @tescomobile how do you trust a company that changes its mind. I was told I would be compensated when my 5G went down, now today I'm told you're not going to be compensated...poor customer service, I regret changing providers..

    @1BJDJ I would recommend @tescomobile, been with them for 3 years after being with orange/ee for over 20 years. Never had a problem with them. I would also recommend virgin media, no problems with them either.

    @tescomobile Nobody contacted me following my complaint on Friday despite assurances. Every time I have spoken with someone it's been when I've called them. That's terrible enough, but the lady I spoke to this afternoon couldn't even give me the information about the complaints procedure!

    @tescomobile I have been asked twice to fill out a questionnaire on Tesco Mobile satisfaction. On both occasions the signal cutout half way through. How is it possible I can respond on twitter but not on the questionnaire you supply. You can find me through twitter I am not a Robot 👍
