@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

@tescomobile What a joke! I have had rude customer care advisors. 2 hung up on me mid phonecall. I've cancelled an auto top up service twice online and once via the call centre and yet you still take money from my account. And then offer it back to me via a Tesco gift card! 0 star rating!!

@tescomobile Rob, I'm very happy to publish any information because the phone number doesn't work and even God doesn't know if ever would work thanks to Tesco Mobile company. It was 3 staff of your company who assured me they will activate your company SIM card.Who knows the end of the story?

@tescomobile An absolute joke! Have just been cut off after an hour, calling on behalf of my 78 year old mum who has been disconnected for a week after misinformation on your bereavement form - we lost Dad 6 months ago. How can change of ownership be such a rigmarole? Appalling service.

@tescomobile 1. You're not sorry. 2. You don't have any engineers, you use the O2 network. 3. Your terms and conditions are unfair if consumers get zero service. Thanks Mav
