@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

@tescomobile Hi, so I get the colleague deal so cannot order myself. The sales team said they couldn't help me and referred me to the customer care team (south africa) who also couldn't help me and sent me back to the sales team.

@tescomobile Not any now. Yours worked fine after I reinserted the sim card. Unfortunately my vacation was 2/3 over. Not your fault just bad instructions from my own phone company Verizon wireless.

@tescomobile New customer, been trying to take out a new contract for the last 4 weeks. Seems to be an issue whereby at the end of the order, it says 'customer details cannot be verified' or 'unknown error'. Tried instore and also via the sales team on the phone. Please assist

@O2 @tescomobile network been down all day and you it may not be back until Thursday. Cant even call 111. As someone who really suffers with mental this is extremely dangerous As I can not get the support if I need it.

@HebbyGold @tescomobile Well as in I upgraded 8 days ago and have had no mobile data either, spoke to customer care and they same the same it's an outage ect
