Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

Every call received showing as NO CALLER ID. Multiple calls to Customer Service who have finally admitted it is a known issue but no fix. How is this acceptable?

☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported@tescomobile Have reset network settings, turned off automatic and put it on O2, lowered voice calls etc to lowest setting. Got 3g and a few bars again. We’ll see if it lasts.
