@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

@tescomobile @tescomobile I’m a HGV driver so I’m all over the country and it’s happening more times than not, where I try to load social media, videos etc etc it states I have full 4G and it won’t load. I’ve been into a tesco mobile branch and they’ve told me there’s an issue with data 1/2

@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.

@tescomobile Hi there, I moved house recently and at my new address my signal is stuck at the lowest level, I cannot make phone calls or receive them without getting disconnected after a a few seconds. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? Thank you.

@weardalepriest @tescomobile I've contacted tesco / @o2 every day for the last week, and keep getting fobbed off too. It's getting beyond a joke. Just come here and try and make a call! Check out nenthead noticeboard on facebook. Multiple people having same problem. Phone works fine outside the area.
