    @Top_CashBack tried 6 times to purchase through @tescomobile via @Top_CashBack and it fails each time - checked all details and tried everything. Called Tesco and they can't help (I.e. won't apply discount manually). Can you help please?

    @tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    @tescomobile I hope so as no one from Tesco mobile has supported him properly during the 3 months that the problem has been ongoing, and for Tesco to now start making threats to remove his service is beyond any reason. And I will keep this going in the public arena until it is resolved
