Ethan Greig (@greig656) reported@nimal_patel @tescomobile The @EE network has been giving NHS/Emergency service workers a discount since 2016. Plus EE officially has the largest and most relevant network this has been proven by ofcom. The UK's governmental body for telecommunications.

budgiesmuggler45 (@budgiesmuggle45) reported@tescomobile I only tried to cancel the data plan to pay the cost of the phone after 30 days or so as i was busy. I already had a Sky plan with my old number so really didn't need to pay overpriced mobile plan that it was with Tesco. But it was advertised as rolling when it wasn't.

I understand why Tesco would just leave it to Apple and not offer any extended warranty period. Happy to take money and unwilling to provide good service.

Utterly disgraceful customer service, shame on you!
