  @tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

  @tescomobile Hi Laura. Thanks for your reply. I did but the Webchat took 1.5 hrs! It was painful. The system was very slow but the Agent was helpful. A phone call would have taken less time

  @tescomobile you are great at taking our money, but when it comes to leaving, you just lie. I was told 7 days to unlock a phone from you, (which we have fully paid for) 7 days pass, and now you cannot help as you haven’t received an email, shocking from a company of this size

  After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile Day 5 with no phone after you made a mistake porting my wife's number. Your global escalation team has informed your customer service team that my phone will not be restored until 13th May!! Nobody prepared to speak with me about a resolution. Disgraceful. @Ofcom

  @tescomobile AGAIN! About the time of update, there is another problem with my phone. Last update I couldn't charge my phone whilst turned on, this update my headphones won't work on most videos except adverts. WHY?

  @tescomobile @tescomobile Hello, I have a Tesco locked Motorola G5 phone. I’m currently in Nigeria and I no longer have a Tesco SIM or UK phone number.I tried using the unlock form but it requires a UK number and recent call, which I can’t provide.Pls can you help me unlock my phone manually?
