@MobileNewsMag Shockingly bad service from @tescomobile Nearly four hours on hold FB contact page, nothing. On hold to call centre for over an hour, nothing. Strange difficult times for many no doubt but such delays are plainly ridiculous.

@tescomobile Join Tesco mobile less than a bar all spots around the uk call 4455 today and select and ask s them to speak to a manager they always put you on hold never can you speak to 1

Yo @tescomobile . Why do I have to pay full price for my phone bill this month when O2 are doing upgrade work and I have no signal in my house at all. And Tesco don’t offer wifi calls.

@tescomobile I have had many mobile phones over more than twenty years including several from tesco. This A51 from Samsung is by far the weakest. The guides ask me questions like have you turned your data on? Side by side with a cheap moto phone that often gets a data signal the a51 doesnt
