    @tescomobile trying to ring your customer service number re my 90 yr old mums mob phone which I urgently need to top up. Her landline not working. Faulty. Answer service keeps cutting me off mid button press. I need help please.

    @MobileNewsMag Shockingly bad service from @tescomobile Nearly four hours on hold FB contact page, nothing. On hold to call centre for over an hour, nothing. Strange difficult times for many no doubt but such delays are plainly ridiculous.

    @tescomobile Are you going to ‘demand’ that any actual mobile network in the U.K. that carries your traffic doesn’t do this? Are you going to refuse to work with a network that does?

    @bt_uk I'm not a BT customer, nor's she. Somehow BT has got itself in the middle between @tescomobile and @TalkTalkBizCare to create a purgatory that cannot be stopped Tesco are hiding behind GDPR, its nothing to do with Talk Talk- you've created a service you've not thought through

    @tescomobile hi, I have no phone service for 3 days now and I have tried all the recommended actions I found online. Def my phone as everyone else in home is ok. I think it might be the Sim. Can’t call as no service! Please advise

    @tescomobile 21 days after TESCO changed my number without my consent they finally reply to my complaint.The result of which is I HAVE TO GO BUY ANOTHER SIM not tesco pay for.There fault yet the customer has spend more money time and fuel to try rectify their mistake#unreal

    @tescomobile my husband and I are totally unable to call anyone else, including each other, on the #TescoMobile network. We can call others who aren't Tesco mobile network customers. Outages? Issues? TN39 area, and lots of people in local Facebook groups reporting same.

    @Patrici09887117 @tescomobile Had similar issue tesco changed my number without my consent on 18th still waiting for it to be reversed obvious nothing is being done as fed different story everytime I ring up . Apparently now it’s with another dept, who no longer do it within 24 hrs but now require 3 days!!!

    @loubielou32 I think it’s gonna be ok. Been onto TescoMobile this morning and reported it. But seen a few password reset and username reset emails coming in, so the idiot is determined..
