we5ky (@we5ky) reported@tescomobile Hi. On the 23rd my phone was stolen, I called that day and requested a new Sim. That arrived on Tues 28th but after spending all day trying to activate it your help desk concluded the sim was blank. New one sent and arrived on 30th. That was also didn’t work..

StephC (@ssc856) reportedAppalling customer service @tescomobile. I persuaded my 78 year old mother to get a monthly contract with Tesco Mobile in Dec 2022. Still not working fully ! Get cut off , no call backs , spent 8 hours inc 2 shop visits trying to resolve - Exasperated!!
