    @tescomobile trying to ring your customer service number re my 90 yr old mums mob phone which I urgently need to top up. Her landline not working. Faulty. Answer service keeps cutting me off mid button press. I need help please.

    @MobileNewsMag Shockingly bad service from @tescomobile Nearly four hours on hold FB contact page, nothing. On hold to call centre for over an hour, nothing. Strange difficult times for many no doubt but such delays are plainly ridiculous.

    @tescomobile This request was made on 30/12/21. Was then told this would happen by 1715hrs last night and as of now the phone is still not working. What can I say? Paying a direct debit for no service.....

    @tescomobile You also supply my phone. The WiFi works on my husbands phone and TV and laptop but is now cutting out on my 3 month old phone meaning I can't work. It's definitely an issue with my phone or connection. Thee is work being done nearby on 02 lines.

    @tescomobile Definitely did. Over a decade of being with Tesco mobile and we are offered basically £10 for being lied to, pushed around to phone DPD because in your own agent said they wouldn’t help us. Truly phenomenal customer service

    hi @tescomobile my phone hasnt had any signal since early yesterday (i think, it could be longer), ive tried restarting and the coverage checker seems fine.... i havent received a new sim card for my new phone yet either

    @tescomobile I have just successfully transfer my number over to you but the app telling me there a problem with my account when I try reinstall the app it ask me what number I have to I try that but it doesn't Recognize it
