Repeated contact says the issue is resolved, but still nothing. I am a BSL Interpreter working on Zoom. I cannot work because of your errors!! I would like to leave.

Drew Ledson (@DL_BSL) reported@tescomobile Since upgrading my contract I cannot access my data. Once my Safety Buffer has been used I am cut off. Two days onto customer service and an afternoon in store. No joy. Will you cancel this contract as you can't fulfill it?
