@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

@tescomobile No explanation, nothing as to why it was closed.....only they closed wrong one! Not acceptable at all. Very poor. We are supposed to now go out of our way to return phone we didn't ask contract to be cancelled on or give permission to be cancelled.

@tescomobile I can only say what a stupid and pathetic advert you are currently running. It's ridiculous! It does nothing to persuade me to try your service.

@tescomobile The same response I've had...let me count...6 times now. I asked today for a Subject Access Request so the clock is ticking - you have 30 days to respond or it goes to @ICOnews as a complaint.

@tescomobile am I right in thinking that, as a pay monthly customer, I am unable to extend the length of time my phone rings before going to voicemail beyond 10 seconds ? Why is this when PAYG customers can ? It renders voicemail useless to many people.
