    @tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

    Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

    @tescomobile Hi Laura. Thanks for your reply. I did but the Webchat took 1.5 hrs! It was painful. The system was very slow but the Agent was helpful. A phone call would have taken less time

    I cant be without a phone AGAIN!!! Surely as a customer for over 5+years @tescomobile would want to retain customers? Ive paid them thousands and get a ****** customer service deal as a response and put on the phone for over 2hours speaking to various departments

    @tescomobile Apparently for data when I’m always connected to either my home wifi or work wifi… I barely use my data, never gone over my allotted amount before… yet you lot seem to think I’ve racked up £150 in less than a month?? Does that seem likely to you?

    @tescomobile trying to sign my credit agreement as a new customer but have no access to my account (not a recognised as user apparently!). Been on phone & chat for over 1hr with no progress. Please can someone urgently help - need to sign tomorrow before midday!

    @tescomobile I have been calling and sending numerous messages since concerning the phone I got and the sim but no one wants to take responsibility and you are going to take my money every month for a phone that the network goes off every 3min since I got it . @tescomobile
