  @tescomobile It's ok Zoie it is all sorted now the last lovely lady sorted it for me and gave me the info very quickly, please just make sure all your operatives are properly trained because 1 out of 5 isn't great is it. Also the attitude of no 3 towards a customer needing help was appalling

  Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

  Screw @tescomobile I Topped up my Pay as you go Phone a week ago, it says I have no Funds for some reason so my bundle didn't carry on, I tried topping up and everytime a error, then when I ring it automatically goes to a DUMB AI saying "Sorry can't help you with this"
