@BigTallTweets1 @tescomobile I just think they are all taking advantage Mark it’s doing my head in! The service charge on my flat was being increased by £90 a month! I went through the accounts and they were incorrect and I got it reduced by £30 but it’s still crazy xx

@tescomobile please can you tell me how I cancel out of contract ‘Pay Monthly’ accounts? Was looking at a better deal and cheaper deal elsewhere and then got your price rise emails so it became a no brainer. By weekend we’ll be a @lebara household instead of an @tescomobile one.

@tescomobile My wife, the account holder, went to the store she purchased the phone from once again yesterday, and the advisor in store who has been excellent put my wife in touch with a customer care manager. Once again, she was fobbed off with this individual.

It's an absolute joke that I have called @tescomobile 5 times about a legitimate complaint and never once been able to speak to a manager. The agent had to actually message their manager for advice whilst on the call. Useless.

@tescomobile Still nothing. No responses. No fix. 5 days to investgate by tech team. Who you state may not be able to fix. Moving a number from O2 to you, the same network, and you can't resolve. Like I've seen quoted on here by others, 'avoid' the service is shocking. @clairefweir thoughts?
