@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

@tescomobile my phones saying it has no service & I can’t do anything. I’ve tried resetting it & taking out my SIM but nothing. Ive been at home and work where I always have service and I’m getting absolutely nothing.

@tescomobile I'm aware that the repair could be chargeable depending on the issue but this was not the charge to repair it, it was to assess what is wrong with it.

@tescomobile hi once i have paid off my usage contract for my phone this year, would i then only be paying the credit agreement (ends next year) - if this is the case would my bill go down ?
