@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

@tescomobile @scotney_julie Hi Julie, contrary to the above information - if the service has been consistently poor and Tesco have been unable to provide a working, satisfactory service since the beginning of your contract, there is no termination fee required to cancel your contract.
