    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @tescomobile I want to speak to a human being, TODAY!!! 5 weeks on and still waiting on 1 of my numbers being ported over. I'm sick and tired of the lack of communication from your company. You have NO Answers, No Customer service team. The worst customer service!

    @tescomobile I've left you a 1 star Trust Pilot Review. I wholeheartedly regret moving to Tesco Mobile. Extremely poor customer service. I will continue to share my awful experience with others on social media. I WANT ANSWERS! WHY HASN'T MY 2ND NUMBER BEEN PORTED OVER IN 5 WEEKS?

    @tescomobile DMd already "No issue" on your end, cannot cancel without penalty as data connection and calls/texts outside on 3 contracts we have. Wifi calling roll out slow. Signal inside is zero and patchy outside. Will post our signal image daily as a reference for potential new customers.

    @tescomobile I cannot call out - live chat telling me to call customer care but I cannot dial any number. Telling me to use a friend or family members phone - I live alone. What can I do?

    @tescomobile I'm going to a small claims court to recover the costs for loss of earnings. Five weeks and counting...one of my numbers hasn't been ported over. NO HELP FROM TESCO MOBILE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! APPALLING SERVICE!!

    @tescomobile I am extremely disappointed in the way you are currently treating my husband. He is trying to upgrade his phone with your company and it is being made incredibly difficult. Your customer service are telling us our address does not exist but I am also a Tesco Mobile
