    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @tescomobile More atrocious service in the Lewes area. Major signal issues, lost work, unable to contact family, customers or friends. Useless assistant in Tesco Lewes says it's up to me to claim compensation. Like hell it is it's your duty to provide it without being asked.

    @tescomobile just changed from EE where I had 4g pretty much everywhere to Tesco and the first few days using it I can barely get a signal, all I get is h and nothing loads when off wifi. Really regretting leaving EE now!!

    @tescomobile hello my phone screen a bugging out a lot lately and I have no control over it most of the time (I’ve written this tweet 4 times now and my screen closes down the app) I need it repaired but also can’t be without it due to my work, please can someone dm me?

    @tescomobile I only moved to you because my husband has a phone with you. He is also having the same issue as me. Really disappointing after 16 years with EE and no signal issues.

    @tescomobile A catalogue of errors on your behalf which has left me (currently) being switched to a PAYG contract.... I could document all the errors here but don't think you'd appreciate the negative publicity. And, to mention, none of this is my fault and have complied 100% with your terms.

    @tescomobile Just to be clear, this was a queue of 3 people (them and me) for mobile phone help, not the till check-out. The couple wanted to buy a new mobile phone and take out a year's contract with you. They left empty handed. I helped them later. You lost 3 customers that day.
