    @tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

    @tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

    @tesco @tescomobile Can I say that stopping the thin bags on tesco home deliveries was the worst decision for disabled people ever, the reason many people use you is becausue they are disabled. Bending to pick every item off the floor is **** and you are morons

    @tescomobile @DPDgroup_news @dpd_de I make sure I’m someone is in all day for my delivery only to watch DPD van drive up and down my road without knocking my door!! Receive an email to say I’ve missed them!!No card left. Shocking service.

    @tescomobile waited in all day for delivery that never turned up!! 🤬 tried contacting dpd who supposed to be delivering the item, customer service absolutely shocking!! Got nowhere, still have no idea when it's going to be delivered!! 🤬😫😤
