    @tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

    @tescomobile I spent 90mins talking to them yesterday and they told me it was #tesco policy not to talk about T&cs while selling the phones. I was sold an insurance policy that I would never entered into if I had the correct information

    @tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

    @AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @tescomobile @1pennysweet My dad’s having the same trouble apparently the phone mast is down and it’s only affecting him as he has an old SIM card but they are refusing to send him a new one

    @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks

    @tescomobile @O2 why is the mobile network so bad in crawley? Barely get any decent signal to check emails or online content.

    Every time I come home from travelling abroad I am immensely frustrated by how crap our phone network coverage is. What would be classed as "developing countries" have far better infrastructure than the UK. Quite honestly its a disgrace @tescomobile

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable
