How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

Next time i go i will screenshot your status checker when i leave home and then screenshot my phone when i am in southwick & it will prove that your status checker and reality are different.

The service and general practices of eir are awful and charging more for that is delusional. I've just ordered a @tescomobile plan and am looking forward to cancelling my eir account in a few days.

Clearly a 'not spot' as is my golf club, just round the corner. Ridiculous, in this day and age. When will this be sorted? It wasn't an outage, just no signal EVER!
