@tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

@tescomobile I spent 90mins talking to them yesterday and they told me it was #tesco policy not to talk about T&cs while selling the phones. I was sold an insurance policy that I would never entered into if I had the correct information

@tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

@tescomobile I today had bad service from Tesco mobile it should called "shambles mobile" Asked in a shop to go pay on you go the shop set up no problem (this was Monday afternoon) on Tuesday morning try to use mobile only to find out its NOT being setup. What a joke.

@tescomobile The Tesco complaint policy didn't say "chase us endlessly until we respond", it just said escalate to @OmbudServices after 8 weeks, which I did. Sadly, they feel I need to chase more, so I have today...
