Anthony Reed UK (@AnthonyReedUK) reported from Folkestone, England@tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

As a parent we need to be sure that our children have the best possible network coverage but Tesco’s is terrible! Can only speak for us.

Ben Duddington 7⃣8⃣ (@dudders78) reported@tescomobile The app won’t let me in at all. I can log into my account via browser but cannot do anything except view a bill. Webpages are also very slow (this is only on your site) and my broadband is working without issue
