@tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

@tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

@tescomobile I spent 90mins talking to them yesterday and they told me it was #tesco policy not to talk about T&cs while selling the phones. I was sold an insurance policy that I would never entered into if I had the correct information

Been proper mis sold by @tescomobile Promised I'd been upgraded on the phone to unlimited internet....turns out the can't do this. Spoke to 4 different advisors who don't seem to want to help. Utterly ridiculous!. Now I'm being told they "can't find" the call 🤔 #misselling

Day 6 with no signal and because of the postal strikes (which I totally support) I will be without my replacement SIM until at least next Wednesday. Making it 13 days with no signal @tescomobile you really need to start tracking when you send replacement SIMs. Beyond a joke!!!

@tescomobile You do if take your insurance out apparently!! Rude customer service and I don’t have time to spend another 2 hours to the team with getting cut off 4-5 times prior! I didn’t speak to repair team?
