    @tescomobile Diolch yn Fawr Jade Apparently the engineers are on the case for this blackout but are there any plans to increase coverage in the Rhondda or is it being scaled down ready for 5G? Have o2 been reducing power ouput as the last 12 months the signals become weaker and weaker?🤔🙁

    @tescomobile why do you offer a 24 month usage contract with a 36month handset contract if you can’t change your usage after 24months? Oh you can change it if you want it to go up but not down? So really you don’t offer a 24month usage contract in actual fact it’s 36months!

    @tescomobile Furthermore, your tariff is a month to month so I could cancel it after one month and take a better Sim deal... Talk about inflexible..
