    @tescomobile I’m with 3 and never have any bother with them. The only thing that’s bothering me this weather is the amount of calls daily from unsolicited people & businesses you don’t know wanting to scam you. Absolutely out of control now and something needs to be done about it by companies

    @tescomobile This morning I phoned Tesco Mobile while in John Lewis to confirm that the Apple Watch I wanted to buy was supported by Tesco mobile. The lady said yes and that it would not cost me any extra on my tariff. The lady lied, Tesco Mobile does not support the Apple Watch.

    @tescomobile If she makes a lot of calls that aren’t answered could this have caused issues on her account with you? My daughter had problems with you few yrs ago with sending lots of texts which took us ages to sort

    @tescomobile She's on a payg lite tariff I think (triple credit one, tops up. Now using wifi is putting her credit down, it's getting ridiculous. The phone was from yourselves so is the phone or sim at fault. If I dm details cqn you check her account

    @tescomobile he bought for her from you in March. She has phoned many times to try and get this sorted. Hopefully new SIM will fix it but if not I'll move her to my provider

    So in my recent email complaint I mentioned that I've been able to get a new passport using the deedpoll @tescomobile rejected, but they totally ignored that, so I've repeated my question. I'm interested to see if they give an actual answer or continue to dance around it.

    @tescomobile Cont'd.....I saw your self-congratulatory Tweet, hence this complaint. Perhaps Tesco doesn't appreciate PAYG customers ? I suppose I can understand why - minimal profits. Anyway, perhaps as a gesture of goodwill you will send me a SIM suitable for my needs to end this sorry saga.
