Who would've thought l would fall in love with my new Nokia 2.2, best damn smartphone I've had since my days of the iPhone 5 and the Sony Xperia Z3, even they were great phones too, such a shame l was paying way too much for my contract on both phones @tescomobile @tescomobileire

@tescomobile @StanAHill He's not the only one feeling this way. Please check the nenthead noticeboard on facebook, there are multiple threads of loads of people having the same issue. We have reported pretty much every day, and seem to be getting fobbed off too.

@tescomobile @tescomobile 2/2 and that it’s going to be sorted soon but it’s beyond s joke now. For the money I pay for my tariff I should expect a half decent coverage. I was sold the contract as “Use the O2 network and it’s the best coverage”and for a period of time it was. Now not so much.

@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.

Mate why is the data signal on @tescomobile so poor. Full 4G, nothing loads, full 3G nothing loads, full 5G in cities, NOTHING LOADS! Checked the coverage and it’s perfectly fine… wtf is going on?
