@tescomobile Is there anyway I can log in & manage my account online without the phone in my possession? It keeps wanting to send a OTP, but the phone is with my daughter who lives on a farm (poor signal), so can’t always receive texts?

@CreateALittle @tescomobile ... but do the same with Tesco mobile (which works on O2 btw) and they’d gave no idea where you were when the call was made. Also odd situation sure but if you’re ever in a place with only 4G signal (no 3G or 2G) then you can’t make or receive calls on Tesco mobile. But O2 can.

@tescomobile hi Tesco mobile. Does your network support WiFi calling and texts? I can't see any mention of it on your website. Hope you can help
