1/2 @tescomobile I got a 2yr Tesco mobile contract on the salesperson's assurance that the signal 4 my area is good; it isn't. The online map says it's good; it's wrong. The online chat can see I've barely been able to use the phone or data but still they say it's fine; it's not.

@tescomobile Whatever you do please do not take out any contract with Tesco Mobile. Their customer service is absolutely woeful and they do not care about their loyal customers. I have been with Tesco for years but times are a changing. Pitiful excuse for a market leader.

Day 6 with no signal and because of the postal strikes (which I totally support) I will be without my replacement SIM until at least next Wednesday. Making it 13 days with no signal @tescomobile you really need to start tracking when you send replacement SIMs. Beyond a joke!!!

@tescomobile Hope you can help. Can a Tesco mobile phone work on a GPS Apple Watch SE? I know cellular isn’t supported with your network but can you confirm it is compatible with the GPS model? Thanks so much
