@tescomobile hi I’ve just changed to Tesco and kept the same number. My signal has gone on o2 so I’ve put my Tesco SIM card in now but it says the phone number isn’t recognised when someone tries to call me

@tescomobile The point is you're making out you're doing everyone a favour when the deal you're offering can lock people into an expensive deal down the road that they can't get out of. That's fair enough if people want it but don't portray it as if you're doing them a favour by doing so.
