Pretty crap @tescomobile that you insist on taking money from a vulnerable old man with dementia. You can see he’s not used the phone but you will charge him for the rest of his life because he can’t speak up 🙌

I love @tescomobile but shocking service from them today I wanted to change my sim only deal so I got told it was a free upgrade but its only free upgrade if you are getting a new mobile not sim swal I have to pay £27 upgrade early shocking put me right going with them again
