@tescomobile Hi, I’m still waiting for a phone call for your customer services about unlocking my phone. I was promised a return call within 24 hours, now almost 2 days later.... still waiting.

@tescomobile can somebody explain to me why I am being charge £150 for switching my phone on at Doha airport and then immediately putting it on flight mode. how can that warrant a £150 charge?? Your telephone customer service are advising then charge stands. Absolutely appalling

@LeilaHenry1 Thanks for the info Leila. Sounds like it might have been my number was disconnected - confused by my local mast also being down. I've left TM (after 7 years) but am struggling to get a refund from @tescomobile Headed to Ombudsman now just to recover a modest amount!

@MrGouldthorpe @tescomobile Omg you too. New Samsung phone. SIM not working in it. 3 chats, 2 phone calls to "care" team. 2nd of which was rude and unhelpful. Finally "we'll send out a new SIM". 🤯 Better work this time.
