@tescomobile hi is there any issues in Blackpool? Appear to be really struggling with 4g we have signal but neither of us can actually get web pages to open up.. nearly everywhere is order online!

@tescomobile The technician was from we fix as part of Samsung as my phone was not bought from tesco and I have been having a hardware issue. However he said 4g calling is not registered. My husband also has issues with 4g signal but the tech said it should be strong

@tescomobile It is still absolutely ridiculous don't u think as I have said above we get enough mins and texts along with unlimited data therefore a month's upfront should never have been taken if it gets rolled over it is absolutely ridiculous or we should have it deducted from our bill!

TESCO MOBILE 24 hour call back by a manager @tescomobile when you ask to speak to a manager their customer care team put you on hold and you can never speak to one directly SHAME paying customers can’t even this company a scam. @tescomobile @BBCWatchdog
