Rodney Isemann (@isemann) reported@tescomobile Hi, been with you a number of years. Recently upgraded but there was soap (yes. soap!!) in the box you sent me instead of my phone. Customer Service on the phone says I need to wait 5 days to hear from you at all! Is that correct? Seems bad to me.

Outside and around my house I have perfect signal... But nothing in my house. And wifi calling feature doesn't work cause it says it needs to verify me on the cell network...

Alan W Smith (@alanwsmithphoto) reported@LinnettHill @rfj1966 @tescomobile Same issue with Sky Mobile (O2). If you can, turn on WiFi calling on your mobile so you can make calls while connected to your home WiFi. It’s the only way I have been able to make calls or receive texts while at home.
