    @tescomobile been a customer for years. I'm between internet providers, so topped my son's pay as you go up for the first time in ages to give him some data. £6 gone in less than 10 minutes. Quite frankly disgusted. Please explain how you can justify this?

    @tescomobile She is staying with Tesco, just will need to cancel her current contract, and start up fresh with a new phone and new Tesco mobile contract. How can I do this, as she is in hospital? Thanks x

    @tescomobile I'm also angry that I spoken to somebody in your team they were refused me to have my card removed you are a Kent's tool or by keeping personal details of bank records and staff and where the customer asked him or her to remove the card from the site they should be able to do so

    @tescomobile Hi Rob, yet again Tesco mobile fail to deliver, after a very helpful, off duty member of staff got through to your inept technical team, we were assured all would be ok by 2030, and guess what? NOTHING… a JOKE
