@tescomobile I have my Tesco Clubcard now, and it means the allergy tax has now been removed from the lactofree milk. It will bring the Lactofree milk down to the same price as normal milk.

@tescomobileire It's alright. I have given up on getting a refund from tescomobile. I don't believe they ever had any intention in giving it. However I will never shop in Tesco again

@tescomobile I used the PAC to move the number from Tesco to O2 and payments up to date but you've emailed to say I have a bill which needs paying but I don't think I do. Given nolonger with Tesco unable to log in to check and don't have a Tesco number to call from. Call centre service poor.

@tescomobile It is my step father and he has been onto the fraud team for weeks and customer services but nothing seems to be happening. Two phone contracts were taken out in his name and he is now being penalised for not paying for them even though the relevant teams know.

@tescomobile complete joke! Trying to double charge us for my wife's bill. We rang up with proof from our bank saying you have the money and you still insist we never paid/that you will restrict our service. Just lost two customers who have been with you for years!

@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?
