My wife is chatting online now but seems to be getting a repeated message about doing it via the app. They are now doing the same as earlier and saying it’s a Clubcard issue. Need to cancel the phone ASAP. Please come up with a way without mobile number.

Mobile app won’t add them, nor will your website. Have tried to call. They were getting it all wrong! Been with Tesco Mob 10yrs+ 1st time so much angst. Help!
