I wasted what seemed like hours on the Tesco CHAT service without satisfaction and so spent more time writing a complaint. No response ! Frustration !...TBC

Sam Clark (@sambakey) reported@tescomobile Thanks Rob, it doesn't forward to her voicemail so I think there's an issue with her account. I'm not able to phone obviously and she's a pensioner & has already tried getting this fixed by calling Tesco. I'll have to ask her to do this again
