@tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

@tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

@tescomobile Why is it you have now changed the sign in to my account to having to put a 5 digit number in. The account is in my name but my auntie has the phone and she doesn't do text so now I'm unable to sign in to my account. Not great when I live 100 miles away from her

@tescomobile No problem reported on that website but I am still unable to open the Tesco mobile app. I can't DM you because Twitter needs to send a confirmation code to my number and I am not able to receive SMS texts.

@tescomobile I am trying to cancel down my CC+ add on to my phone tariff - can someone get their act together and do it please - sick of being bounced back and forth from Tesco mobile to CC+ number - wasting my time now.

@tescomobile I haven't tried putting it back, had the new phone 2 days and I am not happy! Was working perfectly, hardly getting any signal have to use wi-fi.
