Katie (@VinnieLouu) reported@tescomobile In the whole area. It’s definitely not my handset, I’m up to date on software updates, I rest the network settings, I’ve restarted the phone. I’ve done everything. Even when I do get bars appear, I still can’t call or receive calls. I don’t pay £60+ a month for 3G and no service!

I want to disconnect his mobile which I pay and can evidence!! but to do this it sends a code to his phone, short of cancelling the DD what is the best way to go about this??
