How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. After days of hassle, someone rang from head office "just put any date in as we don't have yours on file"! Never as simple as they claim.

Carlo Gibbs (@carlogibbs) reportedAbsolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.
