@tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

@tescomobile Could I get some assistance please? I regularly am unable to get signal in places where friends/family have strong signal. Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

@tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

@tescomobile your data service the last few days in Stourbridge/brierley hill area has been abysmal. Seems there’s a few people around here saying the same thing. Ya might wanna look into that…

Some of them have no clue 4 phones I have on my account the wee ones 2 have been unable to use data cause tesco say they automatically block all sim cards and you

Its all in my chat with customer service most of whom had no idea what they were talking about so much so one even sent out new sim cards. 18 months I paid for data that could not be used properly over 300 pounds stolen by tesco
