    @DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly ยฃ25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

    @tescomobile despite my upgrade not being delivered, umpteen phone calls, three webchats and countless requests youโ€™ve still charged me double my rate for a โ€˜newโ€™ phone I never received. If this ever gets sorted (doubtful) wave goodbye to a long standing customer ๐Ÿ‘‹

    @tescomobile been in your store 3 times to sort and contacted call centre and chat for the past 4 days, still nothing just told itโ€™s being looked into. This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know whatโ€™s going on. Itโ€™s never been this difficult with other providers!

    @tescomobile hello, Iโ€™ve stuck my new sim in my new phone (sim only colleague super deal) & the sim shows no service. It still shows no service when I put it in my old phone thatโ€™s on the same Tesco super colleague deal.
