@tescomobile I am now on day 4 of not connecting to 4G, only a very slow 3G, I pay ridiculous amount a month I expect to be connected to 4G, unable to go into a store due to work, what do you suggest? I’ve tried restarted phone etc. And I work all over London so not area specific

@tescomobile Probably the same amount you're making from me this month after not doing what I asked and then not replying to my complaint emails, but yeah.. attack the bigger companies if it makes you feel better 👍🏻

@VendingJames @tescomobile Lucky you! I was only ever offered the same deal as new customers, despite ringing multiple times speaking to different advisors! In the end I lost faith and have switched to @O2 - same network, but so much cheaper and free roaming in Europe too.

@tescomobile spent hours upgrading to i11, over 24 months. Then get agreement through for 36 months. Then told we do not sign agreement and have to through upgrade again as it cannot be altered. We have done nothing wrong. Bad customer service.
