@emmapoulton13 @ThreeUK @tescomobile And they are on the O2 network which I'm on and mine was fine. Maybe your emergency notification settings are off?

@tescomobile Some feedback as many didn't receive notification or was late. My "emergency alarm" came in one minute early & I'm based in Co Durham. Other than 1 min early no problem & the sound /vibration was loud enough,even with my moderate hearing loss

@tescomobile Tried the SIM card in another phone and it doesn't work. T-Mobile also sent a new SIM card but that hasn't worked in the same phone or any other.

@tescomobile Yes all compatible iPhones and yes, O2 removed a mast near by because of various issues. Used to have great 4G coverage but bugger all now.
