    @AndyOopNorthGB @SBarrettBar @tescomobile The coverage though us down to usually O2 for Tesco could be EE I can’t remember . When I was with Tesco it was O2

    @tescomobile Totally get it rolls over but to leave it for 7 years is a joke… he did upgrade but whoever did it never upgraded that contract. They put him on a new one hence he was never aware this one was still active. Pretty sure he’s been misled. What’s the email for a complaint?

    @tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.

    @tescomobile @financialombuds Why should I pay £40 a month for no service?! Totally unacceptable! And like I said, it’s been over 2 months now! Tesco said, there’s no issues, well there is! I have enough evidence on phone to prove it!

    Today is Day 2 of @tescomobile illegally refusing to give me my PAC Code (to keep my phone number of 25 years) It's my lawful right - it's our property They won't: - tell it on the phone - call me - text it - email it (to the account they verified) NEVER use them
