The can't access the system they can't order a replacement, the sim was ordered, the sim wasn't ordered, new sim lost in transit...

Treating customers as the enemy is not a good idea!

The shop is open until 7pm and I got there at 6.45 to be told that all the phones had been locked away at 6.40pm so they couldnt help me.
