@tescomobile 3 days off from today (dreading Wednesday 😔) and have been ill since Saturday it's a bad week all round so far . Hope it gets better soon

@tescomobile Ok, I can't now access my @PrimeVideo account anymore because they can't verify my OTP. I STILL can't make any calls for over 5 minutes! There is little point in me calling 4455 to speak because my 5 minutes runs out. Some one help me from @tescomobile

@tescomobile Yes and I don’t mind this, but I’ve asked to cancel my minutes contract and just pay my device by direct debit but this isn’t possible. So the contact for minutes may as well be 30 months too because I can’t get out of it?
