@tescomobile I had to cancel an upgrade so returned the phone but have been charged for it. I have not been refunded for either the upgrade or phone. I have been assured 3 times that the money is on it's way. I have been trying to sort this since November 2022. Please help me.

@LS19Rob @tescomobile I went to the link as suggested and put in my postcode to get the standard first line support response message. There doesn't appear to be any problems in your area, try turning your phone off and on again. The IT Crowd strike again 🙄 Down Detector tells a different story.

@tescomobile @domjoly @TrussellTrust Just stay with Tesco Mobile, we get no coverage most days. Voice is terrible, texts non existent and data connection is not happening. Wifi calling is slow to be rolled out. So three days is amazing, we have had months.

@tescomobile I bought an iPhone from Tesco mobile in November but unfortunately I couldn’t get a signal at work. I returned the phone 4 days later. Tesco charged me £1000 for not returning the handset. Despite proof to the contrary I have not got my £1000 back 😡

@tescomobile Absolute rubbish. After retrieving husband's phone number of over 20 years, now back to temporary number. Advice: do not get a Tesco Mobile phone. If there's a problem you are totally buggered.

@tescomobile been waiting on a refund of over £600 since early December. Promises it will be done in 5 days then a story of it will be on the 23rd of Jan. 5 calls and a complaint in and non the wiser and STILL going around in circles with your customer service team!! Sort it out!

@tescomobile Shame your network is poor. Zero bars, no texts, no data and no wifi calling, so NOT connected. Worst decision ever to move from my previous provider. Waste of money and can't wait to move.
