People never use @tescomobile they totally rip you off took 3 u authorised payment and after a week still won't refund and won't unlock the phone even though proved purchased from then a week ago now told call back after yet another week!!!! Stay away from them shameful!!!!!

@tescomobile If a family member is on a contract phone and the phone is not working (wont charge ) can just pop the tesco sim in a sim free phone or would it have to be tesco mobile phone.

@tescomobile Thank you I am aware of this. However as this is almost a weekly occurrence I want to know what os being done by Tesco to limit this. I am paying for a service which lately has been poor.
