    @tescomobile hi is there any issues in Blackpool? Appear to be really struggling with 4g we have signal but neither of us can actually get web pages to open up.. nearly everywhere is order online!

    @tescomobile Really disappointed with lack of customer service. My sim stopped working while abroad and I requested an unblocking code to get another sim. Was told up to 7 days and that code would be sent by text. Told not possible to get via email straight away /1

    @tescomobile I did a live chat at 5pm yesterday evening as my Tesco mobile internet wasn’t working, I was told that a mast wasn’t working which explained the lack of service, my Tesco mobile internet still isn’t working this morning….how long will it be before it comes back?

    @tescomobile Hi the Tesco status message have said the same thing for hours, i.e that there are issues and your engineers are dealing? There is no estimated timescale when it’ll be sorted out……is this due to an O2 issue or is it purely a Tesco problem? I am in the Beckenham/Croydon area

    Totally fed up w/ @tescomobile’s v poor customer service. They refuse to liaise with @quidco. After spending much time, @tescomobile have failed to investigate a compliant. I have lost out on cashback on despite being with them both for ages.

    @tescomobile @danbrusca Liz, after being told by customer services I could leave Tesco w/o penalty due to issues that TESCO ACCEPTS ARE THEIR FAULT, I now have an early termination fee of almost £300! This despite being told I will owe nothing. No help again on phone today. WHO IS GOING TO RESOLVE THIS?

    @tescomobile Hello this is the 4th day I’ve had no data on my phone, the status checker still says that there is a problem with a mast (Beckenham/Croydon area) please can you tell me when it will be back?

    @tescomobile Hi I currently pay £10 a month for 12gb on a sim only deal. I am eligible for a upgrade, however I want less data than what I have now and none of the tariffs work for me. How can I change to another network? Do I need a pac code?

    @tescomobile Hello I haven’t been able to use the internet on my Tesco mobile contract for 3 whole days now 12/07/22-14/07/22) when will the mast issue (Beckenham/Croydon area) be sorted out???
