Baba Sutan Ari Pano (@luppies1) reported@tescomobile All i wanted was a duplicate sim to fit my previous phone because this small sim does not fit it. I want to revert back to using my old phone. A simple request and Tesco has done all of this to me over Xmas and new year. I'll be going making a formal complaint.

doug green (@douggreen1972) reported@tescomobile I would not contract with these guys, they have the worse customer service ever, I bought a phone for my daughter before Christmas which we didn't open which proved to be broken when we opened it on Christmas day. I just got told it was all my problem to fix. Great!

Richard Shears (@ohanyname) reported@tescomobile Yes, I put it into a phone to activate the account, entered the PIN number into the 'my account' page, took the sim out of the phone and put it into the Wi-Fi hotspot. It works ok with the EE card for the account I'm quitting, and shows 5 bars of 4G signal, but no internet access
