Snapperpaul 🇬🇧 (@Snapperpaul71) reported@tescomobile is it normal for your customer service team to refuse a customer to speak to a manger. I need to raise a serious complaint

-
Gecko G (@RealGeckoG) reported@freedoom_79 @tescomobile However if you cancel before RPI increase, you will not have to pay for the rise in inflation as you won’t pay tax on a service you haven’t used yet.
-
Helen Sinclair (@HelenSinc) reported@LornaWalter @tescomobile I’m having the same problem. Network seems to be down?
-
Steve Collins Photo (@SteveC_Photos) reported@tescomobile I switched from o2 to @tescomobile a few years ago, and it’s been brilliant…far better customer service, much lower cost and no fee increases ever on our monthly sim-only packages. Only thing missing is lack of support for visual voicemail on iPhone. Otherwise perfect.

Paul Milligan (@pmilligan1983) reported@tescomobile I’ve had no 4G all day today. No known faults or issues showing on the postcode checker. Have wiped my sim and rebooted my phone. Still only a (poor) 3G, sometimes dropping all the way to E.
-
Hannah (@HannahRose2410) reported@tescomobile Just my home location I think. I have full signal and I’ve checked to see if there are problems in my area and there are none. No one can get a call through to me
-
Tesco Follower (@rchannelator) reported@tescomobile Tesco mobile all the way anything else is just stupid
-
just me !!! (@steven5573) reported@tescomobile Did you know Sky mobile aren't raising their prices either? both sky and tesco use O2 and get same signal. Sky offer WIFI calling, tesco don't. Sky roll over unused data for 3 years. Customers don't lose it. Tesco don't offer that. & you can stream on any sky app with no data
-
WelliXL (@WelliXL) reported@tescomobile How much have you made? Also if O2 didn't make as much could they subsidise the cost to allow your network to run?
