@tescomobile Hi, I just tried to use an old Tesco SIM card because it is the number I have registered for a password reset. Unfortunately it will not connect to the network and when I try to call it, it says the number has not been recognised. Is there anything I can do?

@tescomobile Okay so there’s a mast been down & it’s residual fall out from that but we were told that last week ! I’m personally finding it extremely frustrating & inconvenient that we can’t have a simple conversation due to this issue !
