@tescomobile @TheO2 sort your network out in Manchester. Showing at 4G with full bars, no messages or social media loading or sending. Absolutely ridiculous. EE/Vodafone have no issue. What is the issue??

@Gremlimuk @tescomobile I’m sure the ombudsman would love to hear about this. I shouldn’t have to drive away from home to be able to use my phone to make calls. I’d be ****** if it was an emergency! The fact that no WiFi call assist is available is also disgusting. Rip off company!

@tescomobile Hi, I added extra data onto my daughter’s phone 3 days ago and since then she is unable to use data. I’ve had lots of message conversations giving various solutions but nothing works. She’s away at uni so it’s not easy to sort out. Any help would be appreciated

@VinnieLouu @Gremlimuk @tescomobile To me it sounds like 1 of 3 things 1 - Could be the phone (I very highly doubt it is but its known to occur 2 - The SIM could've gone faulty, we had a bunch go bad around December time I think 3 - Could literally be a case of taking the SIM out, cleaning it and popping it in

@tescomobile I need to drive at least 5/10 mins away from my home to be able to get some signal. Even then it’s not great and I can’t hold a phone call without it randomly cutting off.
