Rob McPhee (@Rob_McPhee_UK) reported@DaveKendallPho1 @Trebornotrub @tescomobile O2 is the answer to your question. I was with them but changed to Lebara who piggyback onto Vodafone. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.

Oracle (@biggle1908) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Some of these companies have appalling customer service.
-
David Walsh (@DavidWa57433939) reported@tescomobile Went with Vodafone after. The manner of the Tesco mobile staff in the Wexford Town and New Ross stores was disgraceful. Ye have lost a loyal customer.

Les Twigg (@LesTwigg) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile I had a similar problem with Three. Sent a message to the text number and replied wanting my date of birth, which I had never given them. After days of hassle, someone rang from head office "just put any date in as we don't have yours on file"! Never as simple as they claim.
