@tescomobile you have been no help to my dad who needs his phone to call his I’ll wife who is in hospital and confused - every little helps! Please provide a better customer focus rather than putting unnecessary blockages in his way when he is already struggling!

@tescomobile Appalled at service tesco mobile. Made our phone totally useless and staff at the call centre said nothing they can do. Your agent can't help me, wont give me escalation process or service level. Did nothing but talk over me. and did nothing to resolve issue. #poorservice

@tescomobile is the network down? My phone has no signal and keeps saying "not registered on network" when I try to make a call. I have removed the sim card and put it back into the device but it's still not working

@tescomobile customer service is non existent it would seem. No one can help. Have had a horrendous time losing my dad to Covid and now my mum is too ill to speak for herself and they’re refusing to help me cancel her account as her phone has been stolen

@tescomobile I do block no.s but they use different ones every time. I've tried the Truecaller app but it's no different to blocking in the phone. My landline has a TrueCall unit which stops every unwanted call. Mobiles need similar. Changing my no wouldn't help as they must use random ones.

@tescomobile However. How can I use it once I've returned home to where I currently have no service apart from texting? As said previously I've had to drive 20 miles to contact you.

@tescomobile If you were there to listen, it wouldn’t take 4 months to get an old lady’s money back, which you have now agreed to do in vouchers, having promised 3 times a cheque was in the post…your not there to help, all about grabbing old ladies money, and lying. Let’s revisit this soon🤔
