@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tescomobile Hi Maria. I tried the link on all 3 main browsers so I don't think pop up might be the problem. But anyway, what about should I chat with the staff there again? I chatted with them 3 times already and they were very helpful and always assured me the SIM card will be activated🌞.

@tiff_tv @tescomobile My sister is in a nursing home and has the same trouble. Puts £10 a month on her Tesco Mobile and just sends a couple of texts. Rip off.

@tescomobile I’m a bit frustrated. We have a business contract for 4 sims. I was looking to upgrade 2 of these to sim+iPhone 13 pro. I pre-registered for info and have tried for the last two days to order them. I’ve used the website, phoned and text chat with no success. Help!

@tescomobile an apparent network outage yesterday almost caused my 12yr old daughter to go missing!!! She was unable to receive or make texts/phone calls and didn't get message that her aunt was getting her from school. She ended up walking a different way as she had no idea!

@tescomobile The best bit of the service checkers says use hotspots or your home broadband lol but we will still charge you every month for a service you are not getting basically stealing money every month

@tescomobile I phoned customer services as i got nowhere in store even though I got the phone as a replacement handset via my insurance it didn't come with instructions etc
