I was refused a manager today despite asking 3 times and oh yes I was mis sold a contract to but advisor couldn't do anything neither let me spk 2 a manager

@tescomobile OK we’ve just worked it out! We managed to login to your website from another phone using her phone number. The settings were under 12 content only, which had blocked too many things! Couldn’t access her kids Netflix account, Spotify, Roblox or even YouTube Kids!

@tescomobile There are no pop ups other than the chat box, I get asked a couple of questions name, contract type etc, the pit onto customer service where nothing happens other than saying we are busy, it’s not really live chat
