    @CaseyStu @OpalM00nstone @tescomobile Been with Tesco for years, and both my teenagers are with them. Never had any problems at all.

    @tescomobile Please thank Megan at the Mickleover store for being a great help ordering and sorting my new phone. Little disappointed that I couldn't claim the ear buds she showed me as the promotion only applied if I bought the phone before October 31

    @tescomobile upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago still no data. Have had now 2 SIM cards 3 trips back to store. 5/6 live chats not including those generated by the store. 2 calls to customer services. Assured that latest SIM would work still no data !!!! When will this get sorted out!

    @tescomobile I recently ported over my old phone number to my new sim (& phone), but now every time I make or receive a phone call, my 4G signal just disappears and I have to turn my phone off and on again to get Internet back. Any idea why?

    @tescomobile 6 days as a new customer without any mobile data is an absolute joke! And to keep getting different stories when I phone the helpline isn’t helping matters! #everylittlehelps #littlewouldbebetterthannothing

    @tescomobile poor show. Tried to sign up for new contract at 21.30. Deal ended at midnight. You needed me to verify but not open until today. Agent said no deal now. V annoyed.

    @tescomobile They have several times!! And been promised call backs from a manager twice. Then promised the complaints department would call but nothing. It's outrageous! I'm not impressed whatsoever. You obviously don't give a crap about your customers.

    @tescomobile please sort out your data issues. I still have no data on my phone even though I've been in store swapped simcards turned phone off and back on again cleaned simcard . Had a chat via mobile account also Please sort it. 🙏

    @tescomobile when is Mi Pay going to start working? Cannot top up via credit/debit card, PayPal or direct debit. 3 days this is going on, very poor
