@tescomobile I sent a PM as requested, twice now, but no reply from your team. Come on Tesco, not the way to treat (a once loyal) customer!

I’ve had my mob number for over 13 years. @bt_uk confirmed with bills, PAC code. Yet when I tried to port it to @tescomobile, they repeatedly claimed my number was “inactive,” ignored my accessibility needs, and refused to escalate my complaint despite me asking multiple times.

Best thing I ever done was bin @tescomobile off. The whole network is a sham, using O2 masts. Have had issues for years and nothing seems to improve just get worse. Changed to @EE today and literally had 5G everywhere I go where normally I couldn’t read an email before.

Looks like it's adios to @O2 after 17 years of being a loyal customer. Cost of living is hitting us all and im not tolerating pure corporate greed. Looks like @tescomobile will be getting my business for a while.

@tescomobile If it keeps going off I assume the only solution atm is to turn off in settings

@tescomobile This happens daily, there are no known issues in my area, for months now I struggle to get a signal with 5G/4G even 3G doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous.

@bt_uk @tescomobile I am disgusted by the way both companies have treated my dad. You let him pay obscene amounts over a decade and not bothered to check the service is right for him BT- £83pm for 17mbps Tesco- £13 for 500mb & 500min ABUSE of the digitally excluded & immoral!

@tescomobile I paid for a sim card that didn't work over a month ago and still haven't had my money back but you still claim your customer service is good?!

No reply from @tescomobile or @o2 - says all you need to know when a solution is clear

@tescomobile This is outdoors and I’m banging on because at a service area where at times there will be maybe hundreds of users of O2 network trying to use EV apps or plan their routes on Google Maps or Waze this is shoddy. I don’t expect 100% coverage on the road network but I do expect it at a service area. There can’t possibly be planning issues putting up a mast.
