    @tescomobile 2/2 Customer Service will not confirm when the sim was sent out or even if it was. He's alone and your customer service team are more worried about him calling them or me sorting it whilst I'm at work. He's 83!! Where's the service????

    @tescomobile I have already spoken with your team and they have been everything but helpful! My contract ended a year ago I contacted your team to cancel my contract which they failed to do and now I’m being charged £64.25 for a sim which should have been cancelled and wasn’t used!!!

    @rparko1965 @BuzStringer @tescomobile The problem is the increase is effectively in the phone cost and the data-plan. Buying the phone separate gives RPI increases only on the data-plan part

    @tescomobile still no call back from management team. What does it take to get Tesco to take a complaint seriously? Clearly not trying to contact them via telephone, FB, IG, Twitter, email or via their CEO Tom Denyard

    @tescomobile To clarify. I have let customer services know there is an issue. I don't need to be involved further for you as an organisation to own the issue and investigate. Where's the need for security in this instance?

    @tescomobile trying to purchase a phone online - after 3 unsuccessful attempts to pay I called my bank who told me Tesco haven't added the extra level of verification required after 14th March so my payments will never go through! Putting me off changing network despite good deal
