If Tesco Mobile stores chatting records then you can easily investigate your internal issues.I still hope I will get this SIM card activated until they will send me an official letter.

G Jeffery (@Warbur) reported@tescomobile It’s a shame you don’t operate in the same way as others. BT allowed us to change 2 phones onto other much better tariffs mid contract with no issues. It’s a shame but it’s obviously time to move these 4 phones away from you when the contracts expire.
