@tescomobile I am trying since early in the morning to contact someone from your customer service. Impossible. On Facebook they answer to me after 45 minutes and basically I can't do nothing. Can someone help me with an issue with my contract with Tesco Mobile please?

@tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.

@tescomobile Firstly, Which say different on warranty as does the law for documented common faults. Secondly, you did not collect the phone and your operative yesterday was trying to say that there was no record (and I thought you wrote everything down). It was reported under warranty
