    @tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.

    @tescomobile I am trying since early in the morning to contact someone from your customer service. Impossible. On Facebook they answer to me after 45 minutes and basically I can't do nothing. Can someone help me with an issue with my contract with Tesco Mobile please?

    @sirtonybond @tescomobile I worked for EE when they were Orange. We wouldn’t do anything until everything had been turned off and on again. Had new sims and phones TNA unfortunately. This problem is related to the Caller Line Identification Presentation, it’s a network problem.

    @O2 @tescomobile @giffgaff you do realise no one on another network/landline can ring anyone on your 3 networks (basically o2) just each other o2 to o2

    @tescomobile I’ve been waiting for a callback about a new contract since 25th October - called CS 7 times and escalated issue 3 - is no one calling back customers anymore. If you don’t want to call customers back fine but can you provide a deadlock letter so I can go to Ofcom

    Hey @tescomobile👋Contract started 31/10🎃All trick & no treat, still can't use 📱. My online chats, emails, calls & store trip hasn't helped, even emailed CEO @clairefweir, but I've been 👻ed. SOS @OmbudServices Can't wait 8 wks, getting extra charges & can't use phone. Pls RT.

    @tescomobile When is the pay as you go app on android going yo be fixed? Not able to top up or monitor usuage. Also not able to set up recurring payment says my tesco mobile should start with 08xxxxx thanks for any help

    @LeilaHenry1 Thanks for the info Leila. Sounds like it might have been my number was disconnected - confused by my local mast also being down. I've left TM (after 7 years) but am struggling to get a refund from @tescomobile Headed to Ombudsman now just to recover a modest amount!
