    @tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.

    @Uitlander @tescomobile having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Piratesppy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

    @tescomobile It's not causing me any inconvenience but it is losing current and potential customers who live out in the countryside with little to no signal and wifi calling is essential. So your basically saying those people don't matter

    @tescomobile Hi there! I'm experiencing a problem with my tesco International calling account. It has taken money from my account but I cannot use that to make an International call now. Its asking for my pin which I cannot remember as this was a long time I created acc.

    @tescomobile why does my phone signal/4G etc go down every weekend night making it impossible for me to make calls? For the last 4 weeks it's been bad 9pm till 9am Fri to Sun but fine the rest of the time..

    @tescomobile hi, I completed an upgrade over a week ago, I can’t see any update online and haven’t received my new sim even though I opted to keep my own sim as it fits? Can you help please.

    The helpful people at @tescomobile have directed me to multiple online chat services to try and replace my SIM. The bad news is that none of these diferrent pages has a functioning chat service. So I am still going round in circles in between work meetings to sort this out

    @tescomobile I'm paying for a 25gb package, but your signal is non-existent & I'm never able to get online to do anything!; so I take it I can cancel my contract & go elsewhere without getting charged? I'm paying for a service, which I want to use, but you're unable to provide!
