Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!

Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

Your global escalation team has informed your customer service team that my phone will not be restored until 13th May!! Nobody prepared to speak with me about a resolution. Disgraceful. @Ofcom
