Johnny H (@madwaterbuffalo) reported@tescomobile Like I said, he was polite so no issues on that front. Point is, don’t send out texts confirming the additional data stating it’s valid until 02/01 if you mean it expires on 11.59 on 01/01. A day is 24 hours, so either say the 1st or specify a time 🙄

I contacted TCL who advised I send the phone back to them but this would have left me without a phone so I declined for now. Is there anything you can do?
