@tescomobile I haven't, but it sounds like the policy is pretty firm. Best case now if I do stay with tesco is I'll cancel and just start a new one in my legal name, as that seems like it would be simpler than going through all the effort to change it on my existing account

@tescomobile after 4mths of problems getting a new phone off virginmobile and finally it being cancelled i go tesco 2night and get myself a new iphone to get home & realise you dont even get a plug in the box & only a lightening cable which isnt even usb so have no charger😭😭😭

@tescomobile Hi, I just tried to use an old Tesco SIM card because it is the number I have registered for a password reset. Unfortunately it will not connect to the network and when I try to call it, it says the number has not been recognised. Is there anything I can do?
