Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

Ali. Me (@AlisonWagstaff3) reported@tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a £3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me £3 plus the £5 buffer back.

I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.
