  @tescomobile Yes this always happens a lot in this area as send messages to people and they never receive them also. It also because you have same signal here as O2 as well which is unreliable too

  I am a pay as you go customer @tescomobile and I just don't understand where my credit is going??? If I put £10 on by voucher, as you have removed the online top up service. and don't make a phone call or send a text, my credit reduces daily....Why is this? HELP!

  Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

  @SBarrettBar @tescomobile By Text (Fastest): Send a free text saying PAC to 65075. Your current network will reply within a minute or two. They may ask for extra details like your date of birth for security. The text will also state if you owe any early termination fees
