Need 72 hours before I can get handset. but I need new handset cos this one is broken. Nope we will give you PAC code and you can get 1 elsewhere. So much for 10 years loyalty!

I've just checked on the O2 website this morning and there appears to be an issue where I cannot receive phone calls because one of the masts is down. Not good
