It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

My wife called back and spoke to another helpful agent who has now put us on pay as you go. The whole experience left us dissatisfied, that’s why we wanted to speak to a manager.
