I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. Your CS didn't know why yet again, no advice given to me whatsoever from people who are supposed to be CS. I the googled why I had the message on apps 'background data' and there was the issue!

From trying to place the order multiple times that failed at their end for unknown reasons, then running multiple credit searches, basic features missing, speaking to people with an accent so strong I struggle...
