@tescomobile I’ve now had no working sim for 4 days I’ve spent hours on the phone I’ve been told it’s an accidental disconnection due to merging? I was promised yesterday a call back and resolution by 6pm no call back I need my phone for health & personal reasons @Ofcom

@tescomobile I really wanted to like your service as came back to you from 5 yrs with Vodafone. but with most days only getting 3G and no sign of getting 5G any time soon on the network and your network not supporting WiFi calling I feel like I got value dressed up as Finest.
