After multiple contacts I have been told after 11 days that it had been lost in transit and another would be re sent. I am now at day 18 still with no sim. No network.

There is a bit of signal around The Hollies and George Fisher. Short walk for you 👍 have used my works phone to cal Tesco again and express my disappointment. 😱

Trying to sort my Dads phone who is dying in hospital. doesn’t not know his security question and asked me to sort. No one will help without the security answer or escalate the problem. Now can’t speak to his family.

This provider doesn't even have WiFi calling (which I didn't know when I signed up to them) thankfully I use WhatsApp so can make calls to certain people. But still it's getting ridiculous! 2+ years of the contract left with them too 😖😖
