    @tescomobile This request was made on 30/12/21. Was then told this would happen by 1715hrs last night and as of now the phone is still not working. What can I say? Paying a direct debit for no service.....

    @tescomobile as a Tesco colleague I'm really applauded at the service I have received so far. I placed an order and then an online agent cancelled it the same day. I've since spoke to several different operators and online chat colleagues and I'm still on the wiser!

    HNY @tescomobile just cost us £300- you cancelled our credit agreement for phone. ‘Care’ team said our only option was to return phone and rebuy on new agreement!! you’ve admitted that you never notified us that we needed to return the phone. Terrible service
