When I try to either put in what I think is my password or reset it I get Glitch message call 4455 but can't make calls. Help!

Took 20 mins from my workday to chat with “maria” who closed the chat before anything resolved and it said “how would u rate your service”? Will try again in evening but this is shocking service. Waitrose has no prob using DMs
