@tescomobile @WhichUK Terrible customer service. The operator thought he had put me on hold and he was asking his colleague if he could just hang up on me! When he returned, I said I heard him and he just left me on hold! Really bad form @tescomobile

@PhysicsAndy @Plusnet @tescomobile Tesco contract SIMs don’t yet have full contract SIM access to the O2 network, so only have PAYG access to O2. I’m guessing it’s probably the same issue, too.

@tescomobile hi, my mums been charged £0.56 for usage outside her allowance - “access charge +2p/min 8456508000. She hasn’t called any numbers with charge per minute or anything like that, any help where the charge is from? Thanks
