@tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... ๐ค

@tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! ๐คจ

@tescomobile absolutely shocking data coverage in SO22. Shows 4G but nothing... Called customer care... They said use a landline. I dont have a landline. I am now therefore paying for unlimited data but with no coverage at home? Useless. What are you doing about this?

@tescomobile As Iโve explained the past six times, I cannot do this as I get paid four weekly. I do have a payment method, I pay whenever I have the funds in my bank account with my card. Itโs not for you to help yourself to whenever you feel like it.

the @tescomobile customer with number ending 194 who got a free ยฃ10 top up last night, it was me, i was topping up my dads phone so that he could keep in touch with us as he is not allowed visitors in hospital, i made a mistake and got 1 digit wrong when putting his number in๐

Tried logging in to @tescomobile because my phone is broken but it won't sign me in until I type in a code that has been text to me... I can't receive the text until I get a new phone but I can't log on and order a new phone until I get a text...

1/2 Absolutely fuming with @tescomobile and #DPD my new mobile should had been delivered on Tuesday my day off work. Due to technical problems (out of my control) with the courier company they couldn't deliver on the planned day. Missed them today when they tried to deliver.
