@tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

@tescomobile Hi Rob. My wife is chatting online now but seems to be getting a repeated message about doing it via the app. They are now doing the same as earlier and saying it’s a Clubcard issue. So frustrating as we just go round in circles! This was Saurav (surname).

@tescomobile Hi Sean according to the map a mast has been removed. This is causing me no end of problems for my business. I wasn't notified about this and its incredibly frustrating do we know when this will be sorted my phone keeps saying I have 4g or 5g and yet not working

@tescomobile What makes it more complicated than that, out of interest? Things that are unique about how Tesco works internally I imagine, not things that should impact me as a customer. Very disappointing that the answer is to send 2 iPhones around the country vs. just adjusting a tariff.

@tescomobile It's been 2 weeks of no service. I can't tell you the amount of important calls I have missed.. you say your engineers are "working on it" its been 2 weeks! I have 5 contracts I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. I'd say I'd call to talk but I can't...

@tescomobile does my Tesco mobile sim definitely support 2G? I’ve just got a geemark phone and the sim doesn’t work in it. I contacted them and they say it only works with 2G 😱
