    @tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

    @tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... 😤

    @tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

    @tescomobile I've done all that...multiple times. Always no issues in your area. But it's not just one area. Most of Norfolk where I travel to I hardly get a good signal. I use to praise the network but its become a joke

    @tescomobile She's taking the number from my Dad's old tesco contract (he died), on Friday, via chat, she was told the number had to go on a PAYG sim which would take 24hrs to activate before being transferred to her new contract. She was on the phone to your customer services for 1hr 20m

    Dear @tescomobile, why have you stolen my data? Paid for extra last month on your staffs (poor) advice & it wasn’t used yet this month you’ve taken it back. I paid extra for it. It was mine. Give it back!

    @tescomobile According to the status checker everything is fine but it is extremely slow majority of time or I cannot access websites as it crashes and my partners phone has had issues with calls and data signal same household

    @tescomobile what on earth is going on with your service? Past 3 months struggle for a signal throughout most of Norfolk. Literally get no signal at home. Spent a week in Dorset a short while ago and had no service for the whole week. Absolutely shocking
