    @tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @tescomobile Are you kidding, Iโ€™m paying for a phone I never ever received and you confirm DPD returned it to you. Phone ordered 04/01/2026. Iโ€™ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

    @tescomobile hey it seems like the network is not recognizing numbers in my phone when they call and is splitting off the first 3 digits of the phone number and saying it is a foreign caller when it isn't. Why is this happening?

    @MartinSLewis An idea fora new show. Best and worst customer services; Best M&S and Fenwicks. Worst @DPD- itโ€™s impossible to speak to a person so no resolution and @tescomobile misinformed and ignored even by the CEO team. Complaints made take 28 days not even a ref given

    @tescomobile 1hour 5 minutes still being told to call back. I just want to lower the tariff for the remainder of the contract to something I can better afford. It's such a disgusting way to treat vulnerable people.

    @tescomobile Hi, please could you help? I have (had) a 4G pay as you go account with ยฃ9.99 credit remaining when a week or so back it was suddenly disconnected. I am disabled and unable to visit in-store to get help, and although I use the phone infrequently, I need it for safety

    @tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?
