@tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... 😤

@adrianweckler I'm likely to try it out tomorrow then. Whole family have migrated away from TescoMobile, away from O2 and away from the Three networks because although we all have good signal, the call *clarity* is poor at best, lot of audio glitches and silence. Even outdoors. Can't do 48.

@tescomobile Allegedly when someone pays off the phone they also have to request for the whole contract to be cancelled. Please tell me why you would charge someone for a service they are not using? Very bad business practice.

@tescomobile Yeah that’s all well and good I hope my bill will reflect this issue. Doesn’t seem to be a problem when I receive my text message reminding me my bill is due. That gets delivered quite easily. Ironic
