Try to deny they could of sent me a damaged phone or that it could have got damaged sitting on my doorstep until I got home, but now there's a problem it's all down to me, the paying customer. Faulty phone cost £1000 + and still paying for it. AVOID @tescomobile guys!!

The new @tescomobile ad is pretty odd. Basically saying you won't get a signal if you fall down a well so you'll need to rely on a shopping trolley possessed by the spirit of Lassie instead.

@tescomobile In reply to my wife’s letter reply sent 6/4 that as complaint has passed 8 weeks an offer in full and final resolution. However no offers are acceptable as it does not solve the problem of her original number not being fully transferred from O2 to Tesco mobile.
