  1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

  @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

  @tescomobile @financialombuds Why should I pay £40 a month for no service?! Totally unacceptable! And like I said, it’s been over 2 months now! Tesco said, there’s no issues, well there is! I have enough evidence on phone to prove it!

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile @MartinSLewis Been emailing back and forth with Sahira to concerns@tesco as finally opened complaint and have been speaking to Sahira. I have email proof I have responded yet had email this morning to say as I had not responded she is closing complaint
