@tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@Tesco @tescomobile your customer service is designed to frustrate and obfuscate. One hour on the phone. Trying to get fair treatment. Amazing how often the system fails when a customer needs help. I expect more from Tesco.
