    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @tsb So, online banking STILL down, over 24 hours now, and a new low with customer service going from, not being bothered about their customer, and not even offering an apology, to 100% ignoring the customer, through one of the communication methods people are told to use!!!!

    @TSB Ok thanks - the sort code and account number are filled in on the front of the envelope, does that help? I have paid in several cheques at the post office without a paying in slip before and have not had any issues

    @TSB I received an automated call from 0345 351 1694 asking me to press any button to continue. Sounded like a scam so I hung up. Is this a genuine number? I had a payment issue yesterday as I could not access the app to approve a payment.

    @TSB This is absolute **** house now. I have logged in to make a payment via my account this morning, and it's still not working. Absolute shambles. Not everything is DD or SO, some payments are ad hoc, but @tsb are failing on the simple things
