    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @the_real_tlove @TSB Mine is down too @TSB, as is the norm for this system every few months. Have tried all the usual 'clear cookies and cache' stuff too. Awful awful system.

    Never, never, never bank with @TSB I have been dealing with an issue from July 2020 and it is still unresolved. Worst customer service ever. The amount of vexation I feel in dealing with @TSB is massive. #DoNotBankWithTSB

    @TSB @PrideOfBritain Again utter rubbish. You give anything away free and people will take it. Granted there are some homeless who need a bit help. But people saving money because you give it away free. Only to spend it on booze n **** or drugs. ???

    @TSB Ok thanks for clearing that up. You must see the problem with being told how we spend our money. I can even understand if it’s credit provided by @TSB to have a right to block but when it’s personal you should be providing caution but not the power to control
