    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @John170277 @TSB It is a Sky issue but only affecting those services connecting via particular DNS severs. Sky have acknowledged the issue to JISC who provide internet connectivity to universities.

    @TSB No I won't DM you privately, people need to know how poor your service is. I am getting the same error message on this outtage as the one I got the last time & the time before that AND the time before that. "We are having trouble authenticating you device blah blah blah.

    @TSB Bit pointless having a contactless feature then, isn't it? May as well stick to chip & pin & be done with it! Far less embarrassing than being asked to return to the till because the payment didn't go through. I'll be switching soon. Just another nail in TSBs declining service.

    @TSB What is the timescale for a failed debit card transaction to drop off your account? Retailer customer service has been terrible, they said 3 days initially then when I called back on the 4th day they said they had cancelled the transactions and would be up to 48hours

They would not publish planned roadworks (unless directly outside a branch) same as they would not be expected to check and publish every inbound route to their services. As I ask, how would they determine outages on systems they don't access or control

    @TSB how bad is your customer service? Shuts branches in Renfrewshire arranges and confirms appointment in Paisley multiple customers standing outside. No staff turn up. No help desk open. Why arrange confirm appointment and not turn up? Shocking. Get a grip. #tsbiscrap

    @TSB can you tell me why I am yet again unable to access internet banking. Im getting the message " unable to proceed with your request, please try later". My internet is working fine and am able to access other sites
