Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

@bfcrazza92 @TSB @TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.

@TSB So, partial success, I can now access my accounts, so know that there’s funds there, but online payment using debit card constantly declined. Also at ATM. I’m sorry, you’re sorry, but I still can’t buy stuff or get my money. Not good enough. Starling here I come.

@Save_The_Dodos @Poultry97 @TSB Yeah, cards are also affected. Bank doesn't confirmed that but a lot of people's cards are affected. Seems to have an issues with accounts and balances (I think bank turned it off so we can't use balance is different everytime someone else money I guess)
