    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

    @TSB I wouldn't prefer to DM you as it seems to me that @TSB want to hide problems away behind DMs, when existing and prospective customers should know the truth about poor customer service. Use a feature from a large email provider that they thmselves recommend to protect urself 1/2

    @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.
