    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB faulty business website; everytime I log in it wants me to check and update my contact details. If I press 'continue' from that screen it logs me out, only way out is 'back to your accounts'. Get your IT team to test it. Any more help from me is chargeable, fed up reporting.

    @TSB Use the website and it sometimes lets me do the initial log in/sometimes not, then the screen darkens as if I need to click ‘accept cookies’ or similar, but there’s nothing that needs clicked.

    @JayneJo911999 @TSB 1 hour 20 minutes I tried to speak to someone that would help, transferred 3 times and ended up getting cut off. I’m currently waiting 31 minutes. Maybe it’s time to move my account

    @TSB no, as mentioned you lot sort it out. Browser is firefox. No error message. Do your own testing or pay me normal daily rates to do it. Around £500 is acceptable.
