    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB @TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.

    @TSB This must be a joke. Since 7 in the morning I have been trying but the app and online banking doesn't work. I have lost so much because of this issue. I demand compensation from #tsb #tsbbank #tsbdown

    @TSB a simple answer would be great. All day again with no online banking cards not working etc. Get it fixed. Can't even go to my local bank because you closed them all. #timeforanewbank

    @TSB Not only have you logged me out of the Internet banking app. No advisors are avaliable for me to reset my MI so I can get back into my account, if you ever sort the problem. And to top it off my local branch is shut on Saturdays and Sundays. Why are there no staff on phones?

    @TSB Sorry doesn't really cut it anymore though does it when you have left myself and other customers high and dry. Still with no update on when this will actually be resolved or what you are doing to fix this. Absolute shambles of a bank and looking to move my custom now.

    @TSB I’m disabled. Live alone. Been unable to access internet banking, app and telephone banking all day!! From 8am. Need access urgently. This is the 3rd time in a MONTH
