    @TSB @kwgordonso why not accept that it is down - look at all the reports rather than waste everyone’s time reinstalling the app? Do I need to reinstall my PC because internet banking isn’t working too? When will TSB start to take issues seriously and acknowledge the problem every single time!

    @TSB hey Tom, Rich and Alex…turning things on and off again surprisingly is something people have already tried, how about just saying you’re raising the issue with higher ups to solve, as it’s YOUR app that’s constantly buggered not peoples phones ffs. Joke of a bank
