  @DaveDic33601923 @TSB i just rang up my local branch and told them i was having issues registering, they gave me a temp password and it was all sorted from there so if you haven’t sorted it by now i’d give that a try tomorrow and see if it works for you too bro

  @wrathy777 @TSB What was the error message you were having? I’ve had online banking for a few months now but got logged out and now can’t seem to log back in. Keep getting ERRSCA02 code on the website when putting user ID in.

  @TSB your Hanley branch is a disgrace! Waiting after 9am for when you should open for an employee to stick a sign on the door saying temporary closed @ 9:05am and walk away - no apologies! Terrible customer service, thanks for wasting my time #rubbish #badcustomerservice

  @TSB Neither my husband or my son had to leave the app they were using to go to their banking app sign in then go back to the shopping app. It’s not helpful or practical or for my benefit at all! Both have made payments on my behalf without this inconvenience or intrusion.

  @TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..
