    Tsb what a terrible bank..block all your accounts and business accounts by a mistake.but now see it's resolved but cannot unblock it until the relevant dept is open at 9 on Monday !! @TSB @TSB_News

    @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

    @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

    As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭
