@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB My switch was cancelled cos of a backlog, should have been reinstated but wasn’t. I’ve spoken to many people, non could help me. I need to call on Monday. If @TSB need an example of an atrocious customer journey just look at mine. I don’t even know if I’ll get the switch bonus.

@TSB can you explain why your customer service is so woeful and your handlers don’t know what they are doing you rejected a payment early hours to Jet2 and a few hours later verified it was me so I then had to unblock my card you are now holding £838 of my money please explain
