Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB @BekkerNicbek Instead of asking for DMs every single time can you just fix it once and for all? It happens almost every single payday, surely you must know what's causing it. Unless you are bankrupt and have no resources to pay for competent engineers or intentionally negligent.
