Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB having ongoing issues with my daughter’s bank card. She has to change her pin recently, now it won’t work so she gets caught out in shops when she’s required to use PIN. Cash machine said the card couldn’t be read. Any ideas?

@TSB U r closing the last branch close to where I live. U av never asked customer's 4 their opinion u just use footfall data n the excuse ppl r going online more. Bad show n it will backfire leaving customers isolated.

100% I’m leaving @TSB too many times their systems fail but them having issues processing payments and as a result unable to put money down on a 22/1 winner is the last straw 🙄😪

@TSB you have taken a standing order twice. I was told yesterday that this error would be recredited by the end of the day, it has not. I want my money back today
