All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

Maybe consult customers rather than have super defensive staff who don’t seem to care about customers

Burch (@StackTyne) reported@tsb once again I'm asked to verify myself using a phone, once again TSB tries to send a text to my landline. I can't change the contact number because the website banking logs me out within a second of logging in. Note, and I will emphasise this I HAVE NO SMART PHONE.

Very little work has taken place before Xmas with the lights off before 3pm, Why did you not have your FM company in 7 days a week ?
