Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB is there an issue with making balance transfers? I've tried a few times and it keeps saying unsuccessful. My boyfriend also has a card that he's trying to balance transfer to and that is also saying unsuccessful.

@TSB trying to make a payment and yet again I am faced with 'Your payment may have been unsuccessful' and 'service temporarily unavailable'. What do you suggest I do? Drive 15 miles to my nearest branch, pay for parking and make payments that way?

@TSB Yes, just under 1 hour though. Surely with internet banking which is ultra secure we should have been able to confirm the transaction was genuine? This level of service is very poor, and when we asked to raise a concern, we told we'd be transferred and have to hold again! Crazy.

@TSB They’ve not made a mistake, they’re purposely ticking people into this as you can see from the reviews. They won’t give me a refund if they are scamming people for £29.99. As said I never signed up to this site and they’ve somehow managed to charge me. They’re clearly scammers

@Watsley @TSB Scrap contactless altogether then, if it's so flawed that you have to block it every 5 times. It doesn't save any time in the long run, anyway. May as well stick with chip and pin and be done with it.
