    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @TSB your app is misbehaving again. The three squares requiring information above the log in button are not visible. Please sort ASAP. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service

    @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday

    Seriously @TSB your app is down on a bank holiday payday? Why is this a regular occurrence? Why should people continue to bank with you? Maybe Santander taking you over will sort the crap out 🤔 #tsb
