@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@TSB This is not good enough. If you had proper branches here in Crosby none of this would be necessary. I cannot even log on to your website. I am not going to have to travel to Bootle. 10.5 k in banking chanrges in 2007/8 for this level of service.

@TSB Apart from the initial inconvenience, doesn’t matter to me anymore since I’ve stopped using the TSB card. TSB couldn’t care less about one measly customer but how many others have the same issue and will leave in droves? #moneybox

@TSB Yes. My account was hacked. Hacker attempted to buy computer equipment from a company in Manchester. Company has provided me with IP address, customer email, name and delivery address. Nothing matches my details . Spoken to like I’m a criminal by TSB staff. Company have told me t
