    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    The TSB Bank website looks to be down! A bank website down, in this age has it been hacked? Doesn’t give me much confidence! @TSB @BBCNews @SkyNews

    @TSB your app is misbehaving again. The three squares requiring information above the log in button are not visible. Please sort ASAP. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service

    @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

    @TfL I used my bank card in error yesterday. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?

    @TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking £10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.
