@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@TSB A classic plus..i log in verify go back to merchant and press continue then nothing loads for ages... my mastercard and bank of Scotland account have no issues like this and certainly everytime i use this card it flags this issue no matter what website..its infuriating

@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?
