    Tsb what a terrible bank..block all your accounts and business accounts by a mistake.but now see it's resolved but cannot unblock it until the relevant dept is open at 9 on Monday !! @TSB @TSB_News

    Hi @TSB, I'm having difficulty logging into my online banking on my laptop, I get an error code 9210358 even though I've entered my user ID / password/ memorable information correctly.

    @TSB I dont think its the Internet because its happening whether im connected to WiFi or using my data. Must be a problem with the app itself.

    @TSB Is there an issue with the biometrics function on the app? Everytime i try to log in with my fingerprint, i get an error message saying i need to set it up again? I was able to use it last night but then today i have had to use my memorable info everytime.

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬
