    Hi @TSB, I'm having difficulty logging into my online banking on my laptop, I get an error code 9210358 even though I've entered my user ID / password/ memorable information correctly.

    @TSB I've wasted much of this morning trying to log in to internet banking. The system is not working - the one time codes arrive too late to work. I'm now in danger of being locked out !! Please fix this immediately !!

    Bloomin’ @TSB has lost a loyal business banking customer today! What a bunch of stakeholder-blind, tone deaf corporates. If you need a hand in stakeholder engagement and communication, I might know an expert… she’s not cheap though…

    @TSB Will do Phoebe, not a happy customer I got to hope the £41 pending transactions don't put the £11 I have left me into overdraft. Christmas is off the cards this year for me.

    @TSB still having the 'update business details' problem. If I click 'continue' I get logged out. (this needs fixing!) I have to go in to update, then click 'back to my accounts' and hope. Please test and fix. Do not talk about cookies or caches.

    @TSB Once again cannot get access to the pathetic internet banking platform, stupid OTP routine sits for up to 5 minutes, and as soon as cancel is pressed, the text comes through. Absolutely pointless!

    @TSB don't know why you need a DM, I described what is happening. This has been raised before as a fault. Surely your technical teams keep a list of what has gone wrong and whether they fix it?
