@TSB when will your online payment function be working again?. It changed from approval in-app, which was painful at best, to now a SMS one time code that never arrives! Are you going to inform customers?

Otherwise I'd expect it to be back up and working tomorrow sometime depending on how many people kept trying because we weren't given good advice. Hope it's sorted for you very soon. @TSB You’re giving the same stock responses to all the customers in your feed that are experiencing the same issue. It looks like this has been going on for days and it’s still unresolved. You’ll have customers leaving in droves; no one needs the added stress in the current climate.
