  @TSB for a couple of months now my app is freezing when opening and I cannot access my accounts. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. Is this a known issue?

  @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

  @TSB so fed up with TSB already, new customer and can't even get onto online banking and TSB make it more difficult than any bank I've ever used! I'm not jumping through your hoops anymore! #poorcustomerservice

  i am seriously struggling with the @TSB issue. you wouldn't let me change banks and forced me to be cut off for staying!!!!!!!!!
