Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

@TSB received excellent customer service from Alice in the Swansea office! I can't say TSB customer service is always top notch but Alice's customer service certainly was.
