My experience with @virginmedia was 50/50 today called downgrade got a whole lot of crap from the first person. Ended up at the cancellation department who listened to me & saved me as a customer.

ok ... I called and an engineer is coming on Monday but 9 times out of ten it's an outside or area problem. TV stopping and starting. In 11 years we have had well over 30 break downs. This is the West End in Edinburgh @virginmedia

Apparently, EDF have an ongoing IT emergency. No systems are available today. This has gone on for days. My Virginmedia email account never returned after their IT issue. I had to figure out my own solution. No media coverage of what is going on!

@virginmedia Ty. The first engineer made a temporary fix but said that another engineer from a different team would need to fix the problem with the junction box on the street. The pod is still needed as I have no WiFi upstairs at the front of the house.
