chris Keano keane (@CoachkeanoChris) reported from Amesbury, EnglandVirginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞
-
Nikki Emerton (@nikkiemerton) reported from Alderbury, England@virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Claire Dobson (@BookwormClaire) reported from Amesbury, EnglandWhat is going on with @virginmedia ? Total blackout from 12.30 until 8.30am then again from 11.30am, still ongoing. We have issues quite regularly but generally just for an hour or 2. Think I'll be heading back to Sky once this contract comes to an end.
