@virginmedia what an absolute joke of a Company. Worst service of any company I've ever had to deal with, and believe Me I've dealt with some **** ones in My life. My 91 year old Dad has no landline at the moment, and no way of contacting anyone at Virgin. Disgraceful Company.

    Danger Mouse 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@stewiejohn2) reported

@Tony_Minter @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Yes you are correct. I was thinking of a delay to service starting. The latest increase means that providers will now need to pay out £10.34 per day for delayed repairs, £32.31 for missed appointments and £6.46 per day for a delay to the start of a new service.

@HarryZiman @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Virgin Media use their own network.

  • cleggy1966
    Simon (@cleggy1966) reported

@virginmedia Yes. Because there was still an outage in the area, you cancelled the appointments. My issue was separate to the outage, but apparently you just cancel any appointments when there is an outage, irrespective of whether the issue relates to it or not. Madness.

This isn't just a bad press cycle for Virgin Media O2. We are tracking a specific pattern of synthetic 'outage' reports designed to trigger algorithmic short-selling and erode public trust in UK telecoms infrastructure during a sensitive regulatory window.

  • CryptoPoli
    Poli 🤌 (@CryptoPoli) reported

@virginmedia It's now almost 1 full month worth of a total loss of internet service and another failed engineer visit. This is completely unacceptable, I can't get any answers from your customer service team on when this will be resolved and your engineers never call!!! @virginmedia

  • mec337

@virginmedia Well after 30 years that's me left VM. I would advise anyone to check their contracts to make sure you are not getting charged for a package you never signed up for(Like me) Forget complaining and watch out for the trick of you having to apply for a returns package
