Virginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞

@virginmedia Stable this morning, that is the usual. I am wired to my laptops as I have a LAN set up. I also use wireless to other devices both through my router and direct to your hub so I can eluminate it being my Netgear as an issue. When it goes down the light goes green flashing

@virginmedia It looks as if it's just for mobile phones. What puzzles me is how the signal varies from one day to the next, and according time of day. Often has intermittent cut-outs.

  • SamuelHorscraft Sam Horscraft (@SamuelHorscraft) reported

34 minutes on hold to @virginmedia already. On a call that’s being charged. To try and cancel internet in my 14 cooling off period. Who wants a bet on them answering on the 15th day.

  • Ianoreilly190 Ian O Reilly (@Ianoreilly190) reported

@virginmedia This is awful service, waiting 17 days to be told to wait some more time. I have never been told the area managers aware, I was told it was sent to him so he probably hasn't even looked at it yet. Feel like I'm wasting my time with yous.
