    Virginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞

    My thsnks to @virginmedia engineer who sorted the issue yesterday. New Hub fitted, cable/attenuator fault also identified and fixed, and early as well. Was only without decent comms for 25 hrs, could have been much worse (I will happiliy take the day bill rebate though please)

    @virginmedia Engineer booked for Saturday! Hub just come back on line. Lady on Phone in Manchester said she would monitor and I would be eligible for a refund of some sort for the loss of service.

    @virginmedia Stable this morning, that is the usual. I am wired to my laptops as I have a LAN set up. I also use wireless to other devices both through my router and direct to your hub so I can eluminate it being my Netgear as an issue. When it goes down the light goes green flashing

    @virgin media my On Demand service keeps going off, I've checked service status in my area and it says no issues. Try to run a diagnostic test but the page link is broken

    @VodafoneUK Sorry, but too late. Have now gone to Virgin Media. Originally on each occasion Openreach supposedly called me and although I never had any calls, they said that I cancelled it. Someone needs to get their act together

    @virginmedia wired brand new less than a week old no kinks or breaks my speed is rubbish between 6am and midnight then i get what i'm paying for can't even dial 150 and speak to anyone this service is terrible
